Kolaczki

Polish Kołaczki (pronounced koh-WAHCH-kee) are delicate, flaky pastries traditionally filled with fruit preserves.





Polish Cheesecake

A classic Polish cheesecake made with cream cheese & Farmers Cheese, eggs, and sugar. Unlike American cheesecake, it’s denser and less sweet, often flavored with vanilla, lemon zest, or raisins.





Poppy Seed Roll

Makowiec A sweet yeast roll filled with ground poppy seeds, honey, nuts, and dried fruit





Krewmowka

A layered pastry made of puff pastry and vanilla custard cream, sometimes dusted with powdered sugar. It became famous as Pope John Paul II’s favorite dessert.





Polish Angel Wings (aka Faworki & Chrusty)

Light, crispy, deep-fried pastries made from a thin dough, dusted generously with powdered sugar. These are popular during Carnival season and Fat Thursday.





Polish Apple Fritters; Racuchy

Small, fluffy pancakes made with yeast or baking powder, mixed with apples and fried until golden. They are usually sprinkled with powdered sugar.





Apple Cake; Szarlotka

A rustic apple pie or cake with a crumbly or shortcrust base, spiced apples, and sometimes topped with a streusel or meringue. Served warm with powdered sugar
