Veronica and Anna are the heart and soul of Mamusia’s Kitchen, a Polish food trailer in Murfreesboro, TN. As a mother-daughter duo, they bring their family’s rich culinary heritage to life, sharing authentic Polish flavors with their community.

Anna, the matriarch and master chef, grew up in Poland, learning traditional recipes from her own mother and grandmother. She has a deep love for homemade pierogi, hearty stews, and sweet pączki, ensuring that every dish reflects the warmth of home-cooked Polish meals.

Veronica, with her passion for both Polish culture and hospitality, brings a modern touch to their family business. She’s the friendly face customers love, chef, event manager, sharer of stories, and ensuring every guest feels like part of the family.

Together, they honor their roots by making each meal with love, tradition, and authenticity—just like Babcia (grandmother) would have wanted. ❤️✨
