We’re rolling up to Curio Brewery in Franklin, TN on January 31st from 4–6 PM — PRE-ORDER ONLY (as of 1/27/26).

Because of the extremely cold temperatures predicted for Saturday, we’re adjusting our operations to keep our team safe while still making sure you get your Polish comfort food fix.

To find the happy medium, we’re offering a limited menu and taking pre-orders only through text or social media DM.

We know many of you look forward to a hot, relaxing plate of food and a beer at Curio, and we don’t want to fully close our window. This is our way of still showing up for you — just in a smarter, safer way.
